Welcome to Hotel Hot Zone in Kinshasa,  Democratic Republic of Congo.  You are invited to a workshop to help the World Health Organisation (WHO) stop the spread of a new Ebola virus outbreak, a rare but dangerous disease which is often fatal. There have been 1’302 deaths in the past year. People catch Ebola from wild animals and then give it to family and friends.

Through this real-life simulation, you’ll see what’s done in some of the careers in public health, eg. surveillance officers, data managers, epidemiologists, lab techs, medics, and others … Then suit up in a disease-proof outfit (test how good the protection is) and help eradicate the epidemic!
